Return Policy
At Obar Boutique, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery for most products. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Eligible for Return
- Watches (with original packaging and tags intact)
- Bags (unused, with tags attached)
- Fabrics (unopened packaging)
Not Eligible for Return
- Perfumes (due to hygiene reasons)
- Items without original packaging
- Used or damaged items
- Clearance or sale items
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us: Email us at returns@obarboutique.com with your order number
- Return Authorization: Wait for our team to approve your return request
- Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging
- Ship: Send the item to our warehouse address (provided in the approval email)
- Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method (for COD orders, we'll arrange a bank transfer).
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order for the item you prefer.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
- We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
